EXECUTION PROTOCOL

  1. Position the Atlas Stone between your feet. Squat down and grip the stone from underneath, pressing your forearms tightly against it.
  2. Drive through your heels to lift the stone, simultaneously pulling it into your lap as you squat back into a seated position.
  3. Wrap your arms over the top of the stone, gripping it tightly against your chest.
  4. Explosively extend your hips and pull the stone upwards, rolling it over one shoulder. Ensure you stabilize it briefly before dropping.
