EXECUTION PROTOCOL
- Position the Atlas Stone between your feet. Squat down and grip the stone from underneath, pressing your forearms tightly against it.
- Drive through your heels to lift the stone, simultaneously pulling it into your lap as you squat back into a seated position.
- Wrap your arms over the top of the stone, gripping it tightly against your chest.
- Explosively extend your hips and pull the stone upwards, rolling it over one shoulder. Ensure you stabilize it briefly before dropping.
