Introduction
Welcome to FitChamp. We respect the data generated by your engagements and are committed to protecting your metrics. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances it may be exposed when you access the arena.
Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of data: Identity Data (such as your designated arena alias), Contact Data (such as encrypted comms addresses), Technical Data (such as neural link performance, device type, and app version), Usage Data (such as protocol engagements and battle history), and User Content (such as your immutable victory logs). We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data outside of standard physiological outputs associated with weightlifting.
Server Processing
When you engage in a protocol, your input data (sets, reps, weight) is securely transmitted to our servers to update live leaderboards and calculate the 'GAP' metrics. We do not expose your precise physical coordinates to other combatants unless you explicitly share your location for gym-wide takeover events.
Third-Party Infrastructure Providers
We rely on battle-tested third-party infrastructure to maintain the arena, including hosting providers, analytics services, and secure payment relays. These entities operate under strict regulations and only process required data to maintain system stability.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to power the core functions of the arena: ranking combatants, securing victory logs, generating your service record, managing unit allocations, and maintaining absolute system security.
Data Security
We implement brutal technical and organizational security protocols to protect your data against unauthorized access or alteration. The arena is heavily guarded.
Data Retention
Your victory logs are immutable and permanent. Other personal data is retained only as long as required to process your rank or until you request a neural link termination.
Your Rights
You maintain rights regarding the access, correction, modification, or deletion of your personal data before it is permanently sealed in an immutable log. Contact support to exercise these rights.
