Information We Collect
We collect several types of information. Personal Data includes email addresses, names, and authentication data (processed via Firebase Auth). User-Generated Content includes any data related to your workouts, battle participation, and profile stats (stored securely in Firestore). Usage & Analytics Data covers your app and website interactions, collected via Google Analytics. Financial Data includes your subscription status and purchase history; however, actual payment details like credit card numbers are handled securely by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, and never touch our servers.
Device Permissions
The FitChamp app requests Camera Access strictly for scanning QR codes during gym check-ins or events. We do not secretly record, transmit, or store any images from your camera on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide and maintain the FitChamp service, process subscriptions and unlock premium features, improve the app and website through analytics, and communicate with you regarding your account and important notifications.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party data processors to run our service. These include Google (for Firebase authentication, Firestore databases, and Google Analytics), RevenueCat (for subscription management), and Turso (for secondary database services). We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Data Security
We take data security seriously. Your data is stored securely in cloud databases (Firestore and Turso) and is always transmitted over encrypted connections to protect against unauthorized access.
Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your user data for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data. To do so, please visit the 'Delete Account' section in the app settings, or contact us at support@fitchamp.best, and we will permanently wipe your records.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information from our records.
